NALJATC and IBEW Local 558 - - Technology leaders

In NW Alabama, preparation for training and mobilization
Union Built PC recently replaced the server and admin workstations at both IBEW Local 558 and at NALJATC as well. The existing equipment was between 4 and 5 years old and needed updating to be able to tackle what is coming in the industry.

"A lot of apprentices will be learning their trade online soon, and we wanted to be ready to handle it," said Ron Weaver, Training Director at the NALJATC. Moving from NTAS to Tradeschool for the Apprentice and Journeyman tracking software, the techs at UBPC facilitated the changeover in software and loaded Tradeschool onto the new UBPC server. "It works flawlessly!" declared Ron after the job was done.

Union Built also replaced the server and admin worktations at Local 558, updating ICS and other software packages at the same time.
