AFSCME Maryland goes wtih Grievance Manager

Electronic grievance software takes care of business for AFSCME!
Union Built PC just finished customizing and revamping Grievance Manager software for the Maryland state-wide employees union. Designed to eliminate as much paper as possible from the grievance process, it does much more to make life better for AFSCME staff and reps.

Designed specifically for grievance and appeal processes stipulated by the State of Maryland's State Personnel Management System, it outputs case information directly onto printable PDFs that replace the required forms and letters.

In February 2011, a new module was added for the MD Dept of Corrections (with unique data requirements and forms). This module optionally accommodates appeals filed under the MD "Corrections Officers Bill of Rights."

This grievance software also Includes advanced search and filtering as do all versions of Grievance Manager, and appeal tracking screens that shows all relevant dates and deadlines for all steps on a single screen.

Also included are: secure document upload and storage, immediate notification to Staff Rep of record when documents are uploaded by administrative staff, 15 different pending deadline notifications triggered by various stages of appeal in the forms, customer-updateable drop-down selections for hundreds of MD Locals, Agencies, Job Classifications, and Work Locations, and much more.
